![]() I recommended they add more details to the instructions so that future users don't have to figure out the uninstall/reinstall thing on their own and feel further frustrated, and they said they absolutely would pass along that feedback. If you log in to Dashlane via a web browser, then uninstall the app and reinstall the app, then you can log in. While they didn't provide instructions for the complete fix, they provided a partial one and I was able to figure out the full fix. Thankfully, user support was very swift in getting back to me. About to stop paying if this isn't fixed! UPDATE later in day: I've added back several stars. Today I did a hard reset on my phone, and upon reinstalling am unable to log in (w/ *proper* pass) AGAIN! Ridiculous! And this isn't the only problem. Back in November, I had a problem whereby I could log into dashlane everywhere except my phone, and customer service was so utterly unhelpful that we had to lose all of our 600+ passwords because they told us I must have forgotten my password and had to start over. After this years subscription is over I plan on switching to a better platform. I don't find this very helpful other than it saves me a click, but logging out manually needs to be taken into account. And yes, it presses the login button for you. It'll log me right back in thanks to the autofill function. Sometimes, I like to log out of websites. My last complaint is one that the user can fix actually, but is incredibly annoying before fixing. I can generate 5 passwords, and one of a few things can happen: * Dashlane saves none of the passwords * Dashlane saves 1 of the passwords * Dashlane saves all 5 passwords Usually it's the first option, which renders the password history tool pretty much useless. Now Dashlane *claims* to save all of your passwords in a Password History section. This should be automatic, hello! It's almost 2020 and I have to manually sync? Third, I've had numerous experiences where I've lost generated passwords. Every single time I have added or changed a password, I have had to sync at least twice: once on the device added, once on the device(s) that should receive the password. Dashlane syncs your passwords, but not automatically. In that time frame, every password I must enter, I have to look up in Dashlane, copy, and paste manually. I have to start the desktop app and wait a good 3 minutes before I can use the browser extension. Pressing the extension icon does nothing. ![]() I have the Firefox extension installed and it will not start on its own. For one, I cannot tell you how many times I've had to manually start the Dashlane app on my Mac. ![]() I figured, $60 for peace of mind for the next year will be worth it, so I bought the app. It was able to fill out my passwords without me having to do much work. I had a very good first impression of Dashlane. Geht dafür wie folgt vor: Navigiert mit eurem Vivaldi-Browser auf den Chrome Web Store. Please consider a different password manager. Das installieren der Plugins über den Chrome Web Store ist denkbar einfach.
